Customer service and support is amazing!

I recently received my iGarden Jet after quite a long wait, and I can honestly say that it was absolutely worth waiting for. I tested it as soon as it arrived and I’m genuinely impressed with the device. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase. What I especially want to highlight, however, is the excellent customer service I received throughout the entire process. Because of the longer waiting time, I contacted iGarden several times with questions and concerns. Every time, I received a kind, patient and reassuring response. They always took the time to answer my questions clearly and kept me informed, which I really appreciated. Good customer service makes such a difference, especially when you are waiting for an expensive product and start to worry about your order. I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously. Now that the Jet has finally arrived, I’m not only very happy with the product, but also with the way iGarden handled everything along the way. Exceptional performance and total game-changer for small pools! I was an early backer of the campaign and recently received my SwimJet X. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I got upgraded to the X30 model! Now that I've had a chance to test it out in the water, I couldn't be happier. The overall build quality feels top-tier, and the power it generates is impressive. Having a smaller backyard pool used to mean doing endless short turns, but with the X30's steady current, I can finally do long, uninterrupted swim sessions right at home. Huge thanks to the team for the upgrade and for delivering such a fantastic product! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get the most out of their pool.

I use the iGarden swim jet regularly in my pool, and it has genuinely improved the way I train. The water flow is strong, stable, and adjustable, allowing me to switch from light exercise to a more intense swimming session with ease. Even in a small pool, it creates a realistic counter‑current that feels natural and smooth! Fantastic product!

I bought the iGarden Swim Jet This product is outstanding, I also had a conversation with Gloria from Customer service, which gave me the best service possible. The company great, and the products are amazing. Next up I am thinking about trying their pool cleaning robot.

Former competitive swimmer. Can easily out-swim level 4 on the second tier unit. Swimming against the current just takes a little patience and allows a longer distance swim experience. Others in house enjoy the "massage" from the current and the grand kids enjoy holding onto a rope and body surfing with a kick board. I'd suggest the top tier unit for those active swimmers. The mid-range unit might not be enough resistance for you. Otherwise, love it! Easy to use and store.

So far I'm extremely happy with the product and the company. Customer service have been very responsive to my questions regarding my order and shipping. The jet itself is fantastic! Light, easy to move around and does exactly what i wanted. I can swim nonstop (instead of laps) and i even set it up as a lazy river in my pool. Awesome product!

The true test of a company is not whether a problem occurs, but how they respond when it does. iGarden exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service and commitment to standing behind their products. I purchased the iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36 and, unfortunately, it stopped working and displayed an error message. I contacted customer support, and they responded promptly, asking me to send a few pictures of the machine so they could evaluate the issue. After reviewing the photos, iGarden quickly approved a replacement and sent me a new unit. The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. While it's never ideal to have a product issue, I was impressed by how quickly and fairly they resolved the problem. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend both the iGarden Robotic Pool Cleaner K36 and the company behind it.
