Besonders positiv ist, dass nicht nur der Poolboden gereinigt wird. Der Roboter fährt problemlos die Wände hinauf und säubert auch die Wasserlinie, an der sich häufig Ablagerungen bilden. Gerade dieser Bereich ist von Hand oft mühsam zu reinigen. Umso angenehmer ist es, wenn der Roboter diese Arbeit zuverlässig übernimmt und der gesamte Pool anschließend gleichmäßig sauber aussieht.

Mit einer Laufzeit von bis zu **120 Minuten** eignet sich der Roboter auch für größere Pools. In meinem Fall reicht eine Akkuladung problemlos aus, um den gesamten Pool gründlich zu reinigen. Nach Abschluss des Reinigungsprogramms lässt sich der Roboter leicht aus dem Wasser entnehmen.

Die Inbetriebnahme dieses Poolroboters gelingt absolut intuitiv und erfordert keinerlei technische Vorkenntnisse. Das Laden des Akkus funktionierte in der Praxis völlig unproblematisch. Auch das Handling überzeugt im Alltag da sich das Gerät ohne großen Kraftaufwand in das Wasser hineinsetzen und nach getaner Arbeit wieder herausheben lässt. Bei den Einstellungen am Gerät konnte ich zwischen den Modi für den reinen Boden oder für die Kombination aus Wand und Boden wählen.

Im praktischen Einsatz in einem Intex-Aufstellpool zeigten sich im Betrieb ein paar Besonderheiten. Aufgrund der konstruktionsbedingt abgerundeten Ecken des Aufstellpools konnte der Roboter diese Bereiche nicht ganz optimal erreichen. Hier bleibt produktionsbedingt ein kleiner Restbereich ungepflegt.

Zudem sollte man den Pool vor dem Start des Reinigungsprogramms optimal vorbereiten. Wenn ein Oberflächenskimmer an der Wand angebracht ist fährt der Roboter im Testbetrieb regelmäßig gegen diese Einlassdüse der Filteranlage. Ich habe den Skimmer für die Testphase daher komplett abgebaut. Auch die Poolleiter sollte vor der Reinigung unbedingt aus dem Becken genommen werden. Der Roboter versucht sonst unter den Stufen durchzufahren. Das hat er in meinem Fall zwar geschafft allerdings wird die Leiter dadurch im Wasser ständig verschoben.

Nach einer Laufzeit von rund einer Stunde hielt sich der gesammelte Dreck im Auffangbehälter zwar in Grenzen was aber auch daran lag dass parallel im Vorfeld der Skimmer aktiv war. Die Reinigungsleistung auf den geraden Flächen ist dennoch gründlich. Den mitgelieferten Haken zum Herausziehen aus dem Wasser habe ich bisher noch nicht verwenden müssen da der Roboter dank der Parkfunktion gut erreichbar war. Eine solide Erleichterung für die Poolpflege wenn man die Umgebung vorher kurz anpasst.

Giving four stars here but it’s early. This is my second robot pool cleaner and this is by far better than the first one. It does what it says and when it’s done it goes to the side of the pool for easy extraction. It does a very good job of picking up debris. One thing I am skeptical of is the plug for the charger. It’s not 100% snug and does let water in. It should be more of a screw on/tighter fit. Fingers crossed. So far, I would recommend this product.

One little tip: The filter basket is great at catching fine dirt, but because of the handle design, you might need to give it a good blast with the hose to get all the gunk out of the corners. Overall, it’s totally worth it for the time you get back. If you want a clean pool without the technical headache or the backache, this iGarden robot is a win.

Didn’t expect it to climb this well. It sticks to the wall smoothly and cleans right up to the waterline. Way better than I expected.

I have used it in the pool for last 2 days and it did a phenomenal job cleaning it. My previous pool robot had not been working for a month, so the entire floor of pool had a thin layer of sand/mud with some leaves. The igarden cleaned it all up. Good product. A little disappointed with the igarden app as it adds no value. Hopefully the company will upgrade the app with more support features.

I dropped this into an above ground pool and let it run without doing much setup bc it was that easy. It sank and started moving on its own after a minute or so. The movement pattern looked random at first but it eventually covered most areas. It climbed partway up the walls and then worked back down. The filter basket was easy to remove and rinse out. It picked up leaves and small debris that usually sit on the bottom. I ran it for one cleaning cycle and checked after. The pool floor looked noticeably cleaner, especially around the edges. It was easy to use and battery life was great. It's durable and has a great connectivity.

I have a large pool 32k gallons. It does a decent job but I do have to run more than once to cover the entire pool. Love it not have a cord! It does charge pretty fast and runs a good 2 hrs + before being exhausted. Easy to pull out of the pool. Overall I’d recommend it especially for the price it’s a great product. It does do a good job cleaning floors & walls. 4 Star only because my pool could use one that runs longer. But if you have a normal size pool probably would be great. My pool is also an irregular shape. Definitely won’t be doing regular vacuuming, love the technology of these robots!
